Planet Ferenginar is the third moon around red dwarf.
It's in the Ferenginar system of the Alpha Quadrant  at 104.1 LY from Sun
It's located in the Pegasus constellation.

It's an old tropical class-M planet with lot of lakes and seas.
Ferengi's star aka HIP 109480 is a small red dwarf (M0V) with 0.76 RSol and 0.04 LSol.

Its neighbourhoods are Corvan (7.1 LY), Hurada (14.6 LY) and Antos (40.2 LY).

History
the crew of Captain Archer's USS Enterprise NX-01 also encountered Ferengi as early as the 22nd century
(see "Star Trek: Enterprise - Acquisition" - S1 ep19).
The beginning of the history of the Ferengi dates back to around 10,000 years.
After setting up their profit-based society, they bought the technique of warping in order to expand their business interests in the galaxy.
The first official contact with the Federation took place in 2364 when a Ferengi spacecraft and the Enterprise NCC-1701-D found themselves trapped in orbit of an unexplored planet that was actually an Empire outpost.

Tkon long gone (see Star Trek: The Next Generation: The Last Outpost - The Last Oupost).
In fact, the Ferengi had already crossed the Federation in 2355, during the Battle of Maxia.
A Ferengi vessel then attacked the Stargazer commanded by Jean-Luc Picard who had finally succeeded in destroying it.
However, the Stargazer was so damaged that the crew were forced to abandon ship
(see Star Trek: The Next Generation: La Bataille - The Battle).

Ferengi Starbase turns around Ferenginar.
USS DELESTREZ, and Ferengi ships protect Starbase.

A journey from Sun to ferenginar gives with okuda table at cruise speed :
   at warp 5.0 : 177.7 days (Enterprise)
   at warp 7.0 :  57.9 days (Tos)
   at warp 9.0 :  25.1 days (Tng)
   at warp 9.9 :  12.5 days (USS DELESTREZ v4)
at warp 9.9+:   5.3 days (Voyager)
