HISTORY
Mazar has been known by Klingons (ENT: "Affliction") in 2149, 
Humans and Vulcans (ENT: "Fallen hero") in 2152.
In the 2150s the Mazarites were technologically comparable to Humans. 
Their ships were only a little faster than Starfleet ships, able to reach warp 5.2. 
They also possesed deflector shields and communications-jamming technology. 
It's a Federation Member since At least 23th century.
Manzar is described as a temperate and water rich planet.
It's a very strategical system for UFP.

Starbase 57 turns around Mazar, mazarite starbase is near.
Shuttle Scarpe (v2) and deule go into mazarite starbase and a mazarite cargo turns around.
Mazarite cargo and destroyer turn around mazarite starbase.
USS Dauntless and USS Dominance are at spacedock.
USS Daran, USS Deemon and USS DiamondStar (the biggest vessel of Starfleet) turn around Starbase.
The USS Delestrez-A goes out Starbase.

About USS Diamond-Star
After over thirty years in development, the U.S.S. Diamond Star was finally launched in late 2379, 
touted to be "The Queen of the Stars" by Starfleet's top brass. 
Over a dozen shipyards across the quadrant contributed to the Diamond Star's development and construction, 
most notably Utopia Planetia, San Francisco Shipyards, Omega Sector Fleetyards, and Epsilon Theta.

Incorporating design elements from various starships ranging from the Defiant and Intrepid to the Sovereign and Prometheus, 
the Diamond Star is quite possibly the most complex and advanced vessel ever constructed by Starfleet engineers.
The Diamond Star is the largest ship ever built by Starfleet. 
At 2100m long, it is 3 times more massive than the Sovereign Class, and dwarfs all of the Federations recent Battleships.
