Jouret IV is the fourth planet in the Jouret system located in Beta quadrant near Beta Antares.
The episod S3E26 said that It's the more far colony of federation.
As The borgs attack it (TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds") in 2366, logically it's in the near location than J25 system.
More, the previous episode (Transfigurations - S3E25) is near Zalkon, over the Romulan Star Empire.
It is the Jouretan homeworld, a Minshara-Class planet orbiting yellow solar-like star (G3V).
Jouret aka TYC 6790-274-1 is in the Scorpio constellation located about 596.3 light years from Sun.
Jouret system is near Beta Antares (91.3 LY), SB324 (190.4 LY) and SB157 (400.0 LY)
HISTORY
Jouret IV is the fourth planet in the Jouret system.
It belongs to Class M and was the site of the Federation colony New Providence that was destroyed by a Borg attack in 2366.
Sometime prior to 2381, Jouret IV will be recolonized by the Federation.
In the late 24th century, the starbase 712 turns around Jouret IV.
This project has been made after the borgs's last attack.
