Corvan II

Corvan II is the second planet in the Corvan system at 105.76 LY from Sun.
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, Corvan is located in Pegasus constellation.
Corvan II is in the Alpha Quadrant, located within thirty light years of Ferengi space.
The star is a solar-like (G6V) but 0.85 times smaller and 0.62 brighter.
An asteroid belt is between Corvan I and Corvan II.
It is a member of the United Federation of Planets.


Corvan is near Althos (35.7 LY), Antos (45.8 LY) and Ferenginar (56.9 LY).
 

HISTORY
Corvan II developed warp travel in the late 22nd century.
In 2357, Corvan II entered into trade with several worlds on the outskirts of Federation territory.
It's a Federation Member since At least 2378.

Corvan II is described as a temperate and water rich planet.
It's a very strategical system for UFP, because Hayden-type vessels monitor three sectors:
  cardassian union, ferengi alliance and tzenkethi coalition.

Starbase 73 turns around Corvan II.
USS Adler, Eisenga and Shadow are in spacedocks.
USS Leonidas (1.2 Millions polygons) & USS Hayden protect starbase.
