DESCRIPTION

Alpha system is between Sun and Bajor in Alpha quadrant in Cetus constellation.
They are two inhabited planets (third and fifth) around Alpha star system.
Alpha III is a tropical planet and Alpha V is an iced planet with a terran colony.
They turn around HD 4915 aka Alpha at 73.3 light-years from Sun.
The star is a yellow dwarf (G6V) just cooler (70%) and smaller (91%) than Sun.

The system is near Inferna (11.7 LY), New Gaul (13.0 LY) and Campor (16.2 LY).

HISTORY
Alpha III where a code of law ethics known as the "Statues of Alpha III" were written,
and where a historic individual rights document was established.
